A. 六味汤【2人份】- 药材：湘莲20g, 芡实15g, 玉竹20g, 淮山20g, 龙眼肉12g, 百合15g 

功效: 开胃健脾，清热滋阴。

B. 健脾四神汤【2人份】- 药材：茯苓20g, 淮山20g, 湘莲20g, 芡实20g

功效：健脾益中，宁心安神，助于消化。

C. 补脑宁神汤【2人份】- 药材： 党参15g, 枸杞子10g， 红枣12g， 玉竹12g， 淮山12g， 百合12g， 核桃18g 

功效：增强记忆力和专注力。

*炖煮方式：
将预洗过的药材用流水稍微冲洗一下，在锅中加入药材、300至 500克的肉类/素肉（*依个人喜好选择）和大约 800-1000毫升的水。 

根据使用的锅具，大火煮沸后，用小火继续煮约：

- 20 分钟（压力锅）

- 1.5 小时（一般锅具）

- 2 小时（慢炖锅）

*建议A-->B-->C 顺序饮用，已发挥最佳效果。

• 太子天尊令符与符令

太子天尊所赐的令符（黄色）与符令（绿色）皆受灵界庇佑，有效期为365天。

• 令符（黄色）：

经清水加持，属无形无色之灵力载体。适用于紧急情况，例如：诸事不顺、受到无形干扰等。

需焚化后方能生效，以启动神明的即时保护。令符可随身携带，但不可当作护身符使用，其功效仅在焚化时启动。

• 符令（绿色）：

为制作符水而设。身体感到不适时，可将其化于一杯清水中后饮用，有助于缓解身心不适，协助恢复元气。

• 印度Rishikesh恒河沙

恒河沙是湿婆神明通过通灵者指定的世界瑜伽之都Rishikesh的恒河旁某处掏取，然后直接从印度带回来马来西亚，十分珍贵。

这一地区的恒河沙拥有特殊的能量，可以净化并平衡空间的磁场。

用法：

把水晶杯杯或玻璃杯装三分之二的水，然后洒一小撮/少许恒河沙在杯里，再把杯放到想要净化的空间，放置12至24小时后，才把水倒掉。

净化效果可以维持7天之久 。

• 王姆元君加持净身水

净身和增旺个人磁场能量，让人顺遂如愿。

用法：洗澡后，将王姆元君福咒加持水（整瓶250ml）从头顶缓缓淋下，诚心祈请王姆元君做主加持，即可完成王姆元君福咒加持。

*切记：

需要时用，不可饮用。

*加持效用期：（开盖后）一般有效期为7天（因人而异）；未开盖限期为12个月。

• 神农天尊加持米酒

外敷药酒, 缓解肌肉酸痛，腰肌劳损，疏通经络，活血行气。

用法：用于 外敷, 可以喷洒在患处，轻揉均匀。

• 聚宝盆，元宝和玻璃弹珠

聚集财气与福气的器具。放置在您认为适合的地方. 也可以摆放钥匙，硬币等物品。

静心老舍无极神座的聚宝盆是获得灵界加持的宝盆，这是灵界给予的祝福。信众是可以买来送人的，但需要填写要送的人的名字，买主（付款者）必需亲自来认领。

领受者可以在4月5日下午四时正至4月6日期间前往静心老舍领取。如果无法在这两天来领取的人，可以提前通知，并最迟在5月4日前领取。由于这是来自灵界的祝福，所有领受者必须掷杯（掷筊），获得神明同意后方可领取。

The House of Serenity Prosperity Bowl is a blessed cornucopia from the Divine and accumulates wealth, prosperity Qi, and good fortune. Blessing abundance, peace and good health for the recipient and their family throughout the coming year.  It consists of: 

• 3 types of TCM wellness herbal soup

• A Sacred Talisman

• Holy Sand from Ganges River, Rishikesh, India

• Wang Mu Yuan Jun, Queen Mother of the West Blessing Water

• Shen Nong Tian Zun’s blessed rice wine

A. Six-Flavor Soup

Ingredients: 20g Lotus seeds, 15g Gorgon fruit, 20g Solomon’s seal, 20g Chinese yam, 12g Dried longan, 15g Lily bulbs

Function :Stimulates appetite, strengthens the spleen, clears heat, and nourishes yin.

B. Spleen-Fortifying Four-Spirit Soup

Ingredients: Poria 20g, Chinese yam 20g, Lotus seeds 20g, Gorgon fruit 20g

Function : Strengthens the spleen, calms the mind, and aids digestion.

C. Brain-Nourishing & Calming Soup 

Ingredients: Codonopsis root 15g, Goji berries 10g, Red dates 12g, Solomon’s seal 12g, Chinese yam 12g, Lily bulbs 12g, Walnuts 18g

Function : Enhances memory and concentration.

Cooking Instructions:

Rinse the pre-washed herbs briefly under running water. Add the herbs and 300 to 500 grams of meat (or plant-based meat*) to the pot, based on personal preference, along with approximately 800 – 1000ml of water.

Depending on the type of cookware used, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and continue simmering for approximately:

- 20 minutes (pressure cooker)

- 1.5 hours (regular pot)

- 2 hours (slow cooker)

*It is recommended to consume in the A-> B-> C sequence for optimal results.

• Two Sacred Talismans by Lord Nalakuvara

Both the Yellow Talisman and the Green Talisman are divinely bestowed by Lord Nalakuvara (Taizi Tianzun), carrying the blessings and protection of the Divine . Each has a validity of 365 days.

• Yellow Talisman:

This talisman has been blessed with clean water and it is intended for emergency situations, such as when experiencing misfortune, spiritual disturbances, or unseen interference. 

To activate its power, the talisman must be burned. It may be carried with you,but please note that it does not function as an amulet—its effectiveness is only activated upon burning.

• Green Talisman:

This Talisman is designed to be used as blessed water.

In times of physical discomfort, it can be burned into a cup of clean water and then consumed. It will ease discomfort and support the body’s energetic recovery.

• Holy Sand from Ganges River, Rishikesh, India

The Holy Sand is excavated from a specific spot near the Ganges River in Rishikesh, which is designated as the world capital of yoga by Lord Shiva through mediums. This sand is directly imported from India to Malaysia. It possesses a special energy that can purify and balance the energy field of the space.

Instructions for use:

Fill a crystal glass or glass two-thirds full of water and then sprinkle a small pinch of sand into the glass. 

Place it in the space you want to purify and leave it for 12 to 24 hours to work. After 12 to 24 hours, remove and clean glass. The purifying effect can last for up to 7 days.

• Wang Mu Yuan Jun’s Blessing Empowered Water

Enhancing your personal energy field and bring success and fulfilment. 

Instructions for use:

After bathing, slowly pour the entire Wang Mu Yan Jun~ Queen Mother of the West Blessing Empowered Water (250ml) over your head while sincerely praying for Wang Mu Yuan Jun~Queen Mother of the West to take charge and bless you. This will complete the Wang Mu Yuan Jun~Queen Mother of the West Blessing Empowerment. 

Important Notes: Use as needed. Not for consumption.

Blessing Effect Duration: Once opened: Generally effective for 7 days, but may vary by individual. Unopened: Shelf life of 12 months.

• Shen Nong Tian Zun’s Blessed Rice Wine

Relieves muscle soreness, lumbar muscle strain, promotes meridian circulation, and activates blood flow and qi.

Instructions for use: It is a topical medicine that can be sprayed on the affected area and gently massaged evenly.

• Prosperity Bowl, Gold Ingot (Yuan Bao) & Glass marbles

Place the Prosperity Bowl, Gold Ingots & Glass Marbles at a desired location in the house or office to gather wealth and blessings.

Keys, coins and other items can also be placed inside it.

The House of Serenity Wuji Prosperity bowl is blessed by Divine. It is a blessing bestowed by the Divine. It is suitable to be purchased as a gift.  The buyer must provide the recipient’s name and the buyer must personally collect the prosperity bowl from the House of Serenity.

Recipients can collect it from the House of Serenity between April 5th, 4pm onwards and April 6th, 2025. If you are unable to collect it on these two days, please notify us in advance and collect it no later than May 4th, 2025. As this is a blessing from the Divine, all recipients must undergo Cup Divination（Pua Puay）and obtain the consent of the divine before collecting it.

The Divine Altar Assistant at the House of Serenity will assist and guide you through the collection process.
